Movement & touch
Indoor: stretching, self-massage, tapping, yoga, touching or stroking your dog, gentle movement around the house
Outdoor: walking, hiking, gardening, running, outdoor play with your dog, grounding (barefoot on grass)
Breath & scent
Indoor: deep breathing exercises, essential oil diffusers, opening windows for fresh air, lighting candles, breathwork practices
Outdoor: forest bathing, beach air, noticing natural scents, breathing in garden spaces, morning air walks
Visual calm
Indoor: organizing spaces, soft lighting, decluttering, calming colors, mandalas or visual anchors, closing eyes to reduce input
Outdoor: watching nature, observing clouds or water, soft horizon gazing, looking at trees or landscapes, natural light
Sound & voice
Indoor: humming, singing, music, white noise, rhythmic sounds (fan, clock), using your voice with your dog
Outdoor: listening to birdsong, waves, wind, rain, natural soundscapes, humming while walking
Based on questions 1-5:
High: You and your dog mirror each other's stress + you're willing to work on yourself = IC4 is a strong fit
Moderate: Some awareness present but need more information
